  • Start time: 7:00 PM
  • End time: 10:00 PM
  • 3 Periods per game
  • 5 minute Sudden Death Overtime during the regular season
  • Games may end in ties

Period Length:

  • 3 Periods
  • 15 minutes
  • Single 5 minute OT
  • Running Clock
  • 2 Time outs per team per game - 30 seconds
  • 2 minute break between periods
  • Five minute warm up/set up time before the first game
  • Three minute warm up time before second game
  • Two minute tear down time after second game
