The 2011 Box Lacrosse League will begin on Thursday, October 27, 2011.  The championship game will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2012.  All teams are guaranteed have at least seven games, likely more.
Registration will be open beginning
All registration forms and payments must be received no later than Thursday, October 20, 2011.
Registration fee: $75 per player

PayPal payments are preferred, but checks made out to the Central Iowa Lacrosse Association can be accepted.  Email Adam for mailing instructions.

Individual Player Registration - $75 

All individually registered players are required to complete the online registration form available via Survey Monkey.  This form includes the Waiver and Release of Liability.  Anybody that does not complete this form and virtually sign the registration form cannot participate in this league.

Team Registration - Drake & ISU 

This option is primarily for Iowa State and Drake to offset travel costs and accommodate student schedules.

Team Registration - Waiver Forms 

Every player that registers as part of a team is required to download, read, sign, and turn in a paper version of the Waiver and Release of Liability form.
